• You agree to pay a 50 percent deposit of the total estimated cost to initiate the upholstery project.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Materials and Fabrics

• You may provide your own fabric for upholstery, or we can assist you in selecting materials.

• Any additional costs for materials, changes, or customizations will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround times for upholstery projects will be provided upon request.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any changes in the timeline.

5. Payment

• A 50 percent deposit of the total estimated cost is required to initiate the upholstery project.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Additional costs for materials, changes, or customizations will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

6. Changes and Cancellations

• Any changes to the upholstery project must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

• Cancellations may be subject to fees, depending on the stage of the project.

7. Liability and Damages

• All sales are final.

• A&J Upholstery is not liable for any damages that occur after the completion of the upholstery project.

8. Customer Satisfaction

• Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the completed upholstery work, please contact us within [number of days] days, and we will work to address your concerns.

9. Intellectual Property
